I have to confess (as a long time Debian user), when I first read of the plans to do a fork I had serious doubts (given at least a vague idea of the scale of the effort required) it would happen or be a success. I was wrong about that, and I’m so glad I was.

I salute those of you with the skills and the perseverance to make it happen.

My biggest regret with it all is that I lack both the skills and time to make any meaningful contribution, apart from trying to educate people as to why they too should eschew SystemD and switch to Devuan.
