I've never seen a /run/root directory.
I'm looking at a Daedalus machine (fully installed and running) now, and it
doesn't have one.
*Possibly* it's just something temporary as part of the installation process,
but I've never even heard of it.
A Google search for things like "Linux /run/root", "Debian /run/root" and even
just "/run/root" returns nothing of any use.
Maybe you could explain exactly what you did to get the error message:
