If I might interject, I own an Rigol MSO5074 standalone oscilloscope and
it works quite well for everything I have applied it to. The base model
can be "hacked" to 350Mhz. $999.00 for the base 70Mhz 4 channel version.

A cheaper (and good) option is the Siglent SDS1104X-E which has two ADCs
as opposed to many of the other models in this price range. It can also
be "hacked" to 200Mhz. $499.00 for the base 100Mhz 4 channel model.

Going up in price, the GW Instek MPO-2204P supports programming it with
python (other scopes do not allow any programming in any language, though
some may be "hacked" to fix that). It has physical DMM ports and has a DC
power suppy with 2x ports. You can also use it with a keyboard and mouse.
If I had had the money, I would probably have purchased this instead of
the Rigol. It's $2,192.00 for the 200MHz 4 channel top-of-the-line option.

Unlike the above 2, the Instek model does not have a 16 channel logic
analyzer interface for purchase (nor built in).

Of course, there are also the name brand scopes, such as R&S, Keysight,
and Tektronix, but those are all much more expensive.

Please note that I made my analysis before Rigol, Siglent, and a few
others, released higher bit scopes (like 12-bit). So, you may wish to
take a look at those scopes as well.

See also the eevblog forums, if you want a scope. They even have a code
for getting a discount from tequipment (which I can't share on a public
ML).

I hope it helps,
David
