Wikipedia failed to report anything about Web policy or policies in
Australia. What is the policy?

Until about five years ago, Web access to my credit union worked with
a JavaScript-free browser. Then software coordinating with or
required by BC Central Credit Union was adopted. The justification I
recall was greater flexibility in the interface. In fact, no
flexibility is evident.
