tools for checking the package mirrors. It does a lot more than your
simple test. That shows 190.64.49.124 as currently passing all tests,
except for a few protocol warnings, which should not be important.

But it's entirely possible it was failing some tests six hours ago when
you posted this, and while I was sleeping.

Also possible is some sort of local DNS issue at your end?
