Yes. I looked at Hugo and some others and there were things that were
not needed and things missing which were needed and some parts which
were just right.

After a little evaluation, it seemed maybe faster to just whip something
up in Perl and SQLite3 and be done with it. It took about two weeks for
the main part and then a long tail which tapered off quickly. That
first part was done on a RPi but the rest was and still is done on a
salvaged netbook with Devuan.

I suppose something similar could be done in Python or any other
language, and with a different database, but I was in a hurry and needed
a low barrier to effort. Plus it's all text (including the XHTML / XML)
and that's where Perl remains best.
