Hi,

I've just got a new ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 AMD for use at the office. The
21M3000XJP to be precise.

# Nuke the ?M=21M3000XJP bit for a full list of available variants.

The office even let me order it with Windows Home (which we're not
allowed to use at the office) preinstalled, lacking non-Windows
preinstalls, because I said I'd wipe that clean off the disk.
Didn't want to waste money on a Pro version. Wasting it on Home is
already bad enough.

Boots fine off a USB stick with the Refracta Live installer *after* you
disable Secure Boot in the BIOS.

I've since installed from the server ISO for Daedalus (5.0.1) and
upgraded to Excalibur. You need a 6.8.x kernel to get the wireless to
work or use an out-of-tree module on earlier kernels. Sorry, don't have
a ref handy. That module can be used on 6.8.x (and later) kernels as
well if you want bleeding edge.

The only thing I haven't figured out yet is the mic. That's probably
just because I insist on piecing things together without recommended
packages and no desktop, starting sway from the console instead ;-)
If not, it's probably pulseaudio's fault :-P
Bluetooth headphone works fine.

Hope this helps,
