There was a short discussion on the mailing list about making a
collection of run scripts for runit. This seemed to be intended for
other distros as well as for Devuan. Is such a project worth the
effort? Is there more to do there than just fetching scripts from Void
Linux?

Simon Richter pointed out on #devuan-dev that Devuan's orig tarballs
are different to Debian's. This is because we discourage
pristine-tar[1].

Do we want to change this preference?

+ base-files (NB: this is now Architecture: any as it intsalls
 multiarch-specific aliasing symlinks)
+ rootskel-gtk

Merged bandali's merge request[2] for new file `www-maintenance-
guide.md`. Thanks bandali for your contribution!
  - (gl) Indeed but . . . Merge request and merge were a bit premature.
    Still need to work out one detail. Oh well . . . the world won't
    stop spinning . . .

Getting ready (this weekend?) to merge the `network-configuration`
branch into `new-beta` and will then post in #devuan-www for review.
