Much to my chagrin, I cannot.

Basically because I would even not know where to start.

My expertise, if you could call it that, is in architecture.
As such, in the field of IT, I am a *hardware* man, which is what I
made a scant living maintaining a fleet of x86 MS software rigs at a
ministry during the time I was not able to find a stable job.

As such I can more or less work my way around a Linux installation
and edit a *.conf file but could not write a proper script to save my
life.

With respect to my previous screed, take it as coming from the court
jester in me, who sees the emperor and the state of things as they
are and points them out to the court, be it good or bad.

ie: just the messenger.

Hopefully, in case of harm from the Linux/systemd mafia, I will be
able to invoke the jester's privilege and remain unscathed.
