the debian edition is a community project,
there is a mail contact on the web site.
PClinuxOS is systemd free but rpm based and at a first inspection it seems to me
they just packaged (alien?,checkinstall?)
their own stuff in deb where needed.

I used PClinuxOS in the past and it worked
nicely and was desktop oriented.
This debian edition seems working good
and solid. I Think we should really work together with them, both projects could
benefit.
