This is what I've added on /etc/inittab :

7:2345:respawn:/opt/emby-server/bin/emby-server
8:2345:respawn:/usr/sbin/sshd
9:2345:respawn:/sbin/zpool import -f -R /mnt/zroot-swap zroot-swap

Downsides of this approach ?
