It is a typo it should be this (emby-server):
DAEMON=${APP_DIR}/bin/emby-server
ARGS="-programdata $EMBY_DATA \
-ffmpeg $APP_DIR/bin/ffmpeg \
-ffprobe $APP_DIR/bin/ffprobe \
-restartexitcode 3 \
-updatepackage 'emby-server-deb_{version}_armhf.deb'"
I extracted ${APP_DIR}/bin/emby-server from the included systemd service
file. But in the original script it is indeed:
DAEMON=${APP_DIR}/system/EmbyServer
ARGS="-programdata $EMBY_DATA \
-ffmpeg $APP_DIR/bin/ffmpeg \
-ffprobe $APP_DIR/bin/ffprobe \
-restartexitcode 3 \
-updatepackage 'emby-server-deb_{version}_armhf.deb'"
