Please note that pkginfo runs its "apt-get update" with 4 hours
between so it kind of presents a view from "$time mod 4" hours ago. If
you want your up-to-date view, you'd run your own
# apt-get update ; apt-cache policy $package
(Just an information remark that doesn't solve anything)
In addition though, I just saw that LeePen very recently patched
amprolla to fix something that might have been a reason for delay in
the -security merge. Perhaps the future is brighter.
