I've updated the vdev packaging and the iso images of gnuinos daedalus. Vdev is working fine with both external and internal dvd drives.
I've tested it with the following optical disks: CD-R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW. Xfburn and k3b work, and disks are also shown in file manager.
