Strange system you've got there - multiple ACPI devices named PXSX, some wake
enabled some not... and I think your LAN interface should be the device named GLAN.
The S-state is the lowest sleep state the device supports, you want S4 which
is hibernate, but also means supporting soft poweroff (S5) from our
perspective. So this is OK.
Echoing a device name into this file toggles wake support. Try "echo GLAN >
/proc/acpi/wakeup", maybe also with PXSX (I've no idea what that will
change).
