btw, with update-rc.d, after removing supurious links and
correcting the LSB header I ended up with these links.

rc0.d/K01firewall
rc6.d/K01firewall
rcS.d/S12firewall

I will remember 0 S 2 3 4 5.

In the end, apprehensible to my cognition :-)
