Well yes, but lets not set the bar too low: if I install a (common user)
program it should work.

I've already spent one day in October trying to figure out if (and how)
it was possible to avoid a boot failure with runit on unmergd systems.
I'm going to write a seperate post with some infos about this, just wait a
bit

Besides personal feeling agains systemd and Debian, I don't think this would
be a convenient approach purely in term of resource needed to maintain it.
