note that "postgresql" is a so called virtual package that for
chimaera depends on "postgresql-13", which is present in three
versions:

13.13-0+deb11u1
    http://deb.devuan.org/merged chimaera-security/main amd64
13.12-0+deb11u1
    http://deb.devuan.org/merged chimaera-proposed-updates/main amd64
13.11-0+deb11u1
