Hi.

I have noticed that in testing, switching between keyboard layouts in
console (CLI), does not work correctly -- rarely it does, most of the
times, it behaves so as if letter-keys be arrow-keys of F-keys
(F1-F12). Switching between TTY helps often but not always, and i think
it is too much movements switching just keyboard layouts.

So, against which package i should make a bug report?
