I don't understand why you are pointing to DNS.

This is a network issue, for what I see, you can't ping a internet IP
so, no internet access.

Then you have the wifi that is working but not the wired network, so you
have issues on your wired network. This can be:

* hardware issues (network cables and whatever related to the cables and
switches)

* firewall/routing issues (you should check how your access point/router
is configured)

* network card issues, if you have the problem on only one computer it
maybe that your NC is broken, if it's more than one computer then try to
change the port on the access point.
