Version: 2.17-25.

/usr/share/doc/bsdgames/README.gz needs updating in order to reflect
the recent (?) changes.

Specifically, README on the paragraph "This package contains the
following games:", mentions:
1) "banner: display a message in big letters" and
2) "dm: dungeon master, regulates games playing"

which are not included at the package nowadays.

README needs to remove them from this catalog too.
