Debian 12 (bookworm) has systemd-resolved available but it's not enabled
by default.

Same deal with systemd-networkd.

Surprisingly to me systemd-networkd is way more useful and reliable than
NetworkManager yet systemd-networkd is not enabled by default while
NetworkManager is.

Contrarily, systemd-resolved is not really safe to use.
