#### OVH outage

[OVH had an electrical
issue](https://bare-metal-servers.status-ovhcloud.com/incidents/wygc56qggfkk)
today and nash was unavailable for about 2 hours. This affected gitea,
bugs, popcon, ns1, galaxy, repo and web. Resolved by 1300Z.

* Build pipeline now **requires** that d/control specifies 'Origin:

Slowly getting out from OVH seems to be a good idea (tm). The
next server to be migrated is `nardoo` to hetzner/Finland

#### amprolla/pkgmirror/dak

Running these services on different physical
hosts causes frequent problems in their communication, most probably
because of the 250mbps OVH/SyS limit. Now `amprolla` joined the pack
on the same host (`tonno`) and the problems seems to be resolved.
