I don't know if you're talking about configuration on the Linux
or the Mac here, and TBH it wouldn't make a difference in that
I couldn't help with cupsd.conf. But I do have a suggestion:
enable avahi-daemon on Linux. After that, the print queue should
be visible in the Mac UI.
