I think Arch still has a lilo option.
Also, if you have all the necessary lilo files still on the computer,
you can boot rescue distro, make all your mounts, do a chroot, and
diagnose and fix lilo.
You might want to first check if your mobo's UEFI is set to prevent mbr
booting, which would prevent lilo.
