Debian hasn't added non-free-firmware to stable/bullseye[1], it is theoretically
present in bullseye-backports[2], but it contains no Release file or
binaries[3]. So practically, non-free-firmware is testing/bookworm/daedalus or
unstable/sid/ceres only.
