#### DAK Reworked script which imports britney migrations so that it
doesn't hog the cpu for 2 hours a day. Restored incorrect removal of
src:cgmanager in chimaera. Should have been daedalus!

#### BTS Added nginx redirects to handle http://bugs.d.o/{package_name}
and http://bugs.d.o/src:{package_name}. Slowly working through old bug
reports. Help required/welcome.

#### pkgmirror.d.o Disabled britney looking for piuparts tests.

#### Packaging

##### xorg using libseat No problems reported from ceres. Is anybody
using it? It would be good to have confirmation before allowing
migration, particularly on GPU hardware.
