Both runit and s6 are very slim inits.

Also, I'm pretty sure that busybox could run the process supervisor
parts of either runit or s6, so if there's an easy way for busybox to
be told not to do any process starting, your init could be the
ultra-simple busybox but still have a full featured process supervisor.
