Hi Adrian,

I think my previous post about the CD was a brain fart. However, it
seems the select installation media step should allow network to be
selected since it is a netinstall and I seem to recall at some point one
is asked to select a mirror. The select media step only had CDROM as an
option but would allow exiting the installer to look around for a
suitable /dev.

I am reasonably sure the USB stick is ok but I bought another this
afternoon and will try it in the morning.
