I have a memory of seeing that kind of problem and then we updated the
chimaera_4.0.0 isos. Please confirm that your copy has sha256sum:
0923470af430e3d582a635956bbe4c13abc18fbaa4704e6deef3b362833e0ef5
as otherwise you'll need to re-download.

Meanwhile I'll see if I can repeat this issue...
