I am working on this and am aware of 2 possibilities:

- sysd2v[1] It converts units to initscripts

- systemd-unit-translator[2] converts units and timers to openrc scripts and
cron jobs

Neither is complete. I am more convinced by the openrc route at the moment and I
intend to prepare a Debian package once support is complete enough[3]
