However, xserver-xorg-video-nvidia-legacy-390xx is not a forked package and
Devuan uses Debian's packages directly without recompilation. This should be
reported to Debian for resolution.

Also, a quick search revealed this post[1] which indicates
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/linux/libglx.so as a symlink handled by the alternatives
system. You may wish to check that an libglx.so alternative is correctly
installed and setup before really deciding there is a bug.
