* polished the subhost scripting towards some almost successful handling
of certain subhost lvm setups. Also added a branch for an even lighter
"overlay" subhost (to better separate services and desktop experience
on my laptop, i.e. make them slightly more portable)
* had a whack at the infrastructure status graphs, which now uses
cpustat rather than traditional load measure. Especially the
utilization display in vmgraph2.html seems useful as basis for
reflecting on the balancing of subhosts/VMs.
