* Packaging updates:

2. ceres: tasksel, distro-info-data

#### Devuan Version Numbering [Blocked migration of
debian-installer](https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/britney/daedalus/excuses.html)
and 1.) above demonstrates our version numbering is broken:
* Debian bullseye has 2.36.1-8 which was forked in chimaera as
2.36.1-8+devuan1.
* Debian security then got 2.36.1-8+deb11u1 which can't be packaged as
2.36.1-8+deb11u1+devuan1 as it represents a downgrade. (bb|hcb)
Shouldn't that be reversed: 2.36.1-8+devuan1+deb11u1? My proposal is
to drop the `'+'` and just use `'devuanN'`. Other alternative
suggestions to address this are welcome!
