https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/mirror_list.txt now includes that DNSRRCC:
field, which is a yes to be included in that CC.deb.devuan.org, and a no
otherwise. I set it to yes for mine and for snorks (snork did ask to be
added). The CountryCode: field for mine is set to the country codes for
those European countries I think I can serve well from my Amsterdam
server.

Ah and as I was writing this, you asked to add your country codes to,
which I'll go do now.

Any other mirror admins that wish to be added to this, please send me your
country codes you can cover.
