Debian documents a way to subscribe to packages in order to receive any
news on any bug related to it:

However, our control system doesn't document such a feature.
It seems it is only possible to subscribe a specific, already existing,
bug report: https://bugs.devuan.org/server-refcard.html

Is there a way to do that with out bug tracking system?
