* Installed ntpd on jenkins native arm64 builder. Fixes a recent build
failure.
* Updated packages in ceres/chimaera:
* debian-installer (mini.iso)
* NMU 389-ds-base (remove cockpit-389-ds)

* debian-config-override (fix [#597](https://bugs.devuan.org/597))
* Greg Nowak confirmed fix for [#496](https://bugs.devuan.org/496) works
well: > I just finished testing multiple desktop installs with the
netinst iso from 20210726. As far as I can tell, the installer works
as expected in every case I tried, and the installed system is as it
should be. Things work so well in fact that even inaccessible desktops
have accessible logins because of lightdm and orca being installed! He
will also contribute some comments on accessibility for inclusion in
the Release Notes.

* No, I have received no responses about this. I'm looking for draft
instructions for upgrading beowulf to chimaera and a draft of the
release notes for chimaera, in whatever state of incompleteness they
are now. I'd like to proofread, critique, and debug them.

* Q: SQLite came up in IRC. Would we prefer that for a tentative
MediaWiki install? I'm fine with PostgreSQL but I'd be fine either
