I have just reviewed the members of our devuan-mirrors mailing list. A
few mirror admins are not currently on it. I intend to add these admins,
and this email has been BCCed to them. I'll give them a week to reply
yes or no to me directly, or to the mirrors@??? address.

Then I can speak with all of you about making the package mirror system
better.
