Judging from timestamps... Does that mean there is a bot auto-de-oping
and reverting the topic back when Libera Chat is mentioned in the topic?

The bloated egomaniac is not even coherent: if he was, the channel shall
be deleted altogether.
Guess what? It would be immediately visible the number of channels
