Hi,
sorry but could not attend to the meeting. About the instructions
printed at the end there are 2 possible improvements:

1) place an info.txt file in the user's/root home dir
2) place a stage2.sh script in the user's/root home dir to be run
    after reboot.
Just tell me what is the preferred way, I propend for n.1.

About the pin priority: it is removed after migration.
Tried various values but If I recall correctly only 900
ensured that beowulf debs override buster debs.

It was also pointed out on the list that ntpdate is deprecated
so it should be substituted with ntpsec-ntpdate or sntp -S pool.ntp.org
this is less ideal as they have more dependencies

Ciao,
Tito
