I managed it with:

dpkg -i ./iceweasel-uxp_2.9-1~3.0gnuinos1_amd64.deb
apt-get install -f

But
1) I cannot login to my router using user/password (although I can with
the same user/password on firefox)
2) I can't find the noscript addon referred to (about:addons)

Pleased with the browser otherwise, feels quick after firefox,
chromium, chrome....
