aha, woke up a while ago, and filed the bug without really noticing this:
Depends: libsystemd0 (>= 246)
that makes sense -after reading above bug reports as well-, thanks for
the info :)

i'm not in favor of removing libsystemd0 completely in debian, i just
think there should be sustainable options for any-init users.
