Maybe low battery and it kept powering off?

That l3_noc warning should be trivial to fix once we figure out which
device it's coming from and what causes it.. It's almost certainly
missing pm_runtime_get/put around some piece of code, maybe for wlan?

Also not sure why we're now seeing the mcspi time out errors, maybe
they have always been there but we just have not paid attention.
