The Pale Moon upstream chooses not to support WebRTC (
https://www.palemoon.org/roadmap.shtml), so Pale Moon most definitely will
not work with calls like Jitsi Meet, etc. A few months ago it stopped
working with Google Hangouts/Voice voice calls, which I eventually figured
out was because Hangouts moved to WebRTC. I am uncertain if that means the
hangouts plugin uses webrtc, or if the plugin is unnecessary. Regardless,
Pale Moon won't work with Hangouts anymore.

I've had to switch to Chromium on my Devuan (Ceres) instances for voice and
video calls.
