Jitsi Meet can be used to phone in too if you have a SIP provider linked in the settings.
I installed Jitsi Meet as a Docker container (the jitsi/jvb version) which requires adapting settings in just one file including integrating of Let's Encrypt.

Can you use a smart phone? Also, dialing in through a regular phone
number is a possibility with Zoom meetings.
