Hi

I’m starting up a new project on GCP and looking to try and run Devuan on there.

In the default debian images, google provides a google-compute-engine package that provides the guest environment inside the VM instance. Unfortunately this package has a dependency on systemd.

Has anyone run into any issues running Devuan on GCP without the guest environment installed? Am I missing anything critical by not having it?
