Hi,

Freezing beowulf was briefly mentioned at the meet on Thursday. However, I would
like to formally propose that after tomcat9 is tested and migrated, we freeze
beowulf to prepare for release. After that we can still fix specifi bugs and
issues through beowulf-proposed.

This will also enable us to start catching up ceres with sid.
