An update to my progress on this mirror checking script.

I have added the DNS-RR and a really basic Integrity check, and re
arranged the web page a bit. The DNS RR column now shows the IP
addresses that are included in the round robin for each mirror, which
link to their respective log files. In the DNS and log files section,
each entry in the dev.debian.org section (the round robin domain name)
includes the domain names next to the IPs. At the very bottom is a link
to the source code.
