## Old Business
- Have the i386 build host issues been fixed?
- (rrq) partially: the return of build005 makes i386 builds possible,
but sometimes Jenkins still chooses the buggy build015. That host
and the arm hosts still need upgrade of jenkins-debian-glue.
- (LeePen) and I think the buggy buildhosts are running ascii which
needs jenkins-debian-glue-buildenv-devuan upgrading to version
0.18.4.99+devuan2 (beowulf) in dak.
- (kramer) can maybe help on this regarding database migration
- will get in contact with LeePen to get this done (and cleaning up)
## Old Actions
- Forum to collaborate on Arm Builds created:
https://dev1galaxy.org/viewforum.php?id=24
## New Business
- Should Evilham apply his proposed patch to amprolla? YES!
https://lists.dyne.org/lurker/message/20190914.151803.224e1f02.en.html
- Should ASCII 2.0.0 isos be removed from files.devuan.org?
- YES and rrq will archive
- (plasma) As an example, Debian hosts their archive at
ftp://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/
and their current releases at
ftp://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/release/
- (yeti) there is no need to keep old stuff on every mirror but please
keep them somewhere (archive.devuan.org?).
- rrq provided the torrent link but we also need a magnet link. Can
anyone do that?
- (plasma) Given the final torrent file, I can generate the
corresponding magnet link
- cinnabar grub styling not working in installer. :(
- the new build pipeline, all on "the Devan infrastructure", is
materializing thanks to LeePen's tireless pursuit. (with the exception
of an "armel" build host)
- beowulf ISOs now in progress. Now awaiting a new build of
base-installer, to reduce the /usr/bin linking to expert mode, and
possibly also accomodate that grub styling.
### LeePen
Nice to be here!
New Devuan infra status:
#### jenkins
- Running on jenkins.devuan.dev.
- Has existing buildhosts plus 4 new (i386, amd64, arm64 and armhf;
armel is wip)
- Issues with importing existing users. Can people with ci.devuan.org
logins please try them on jenkins.devuan.dev and report back?
- (kramer) considering to let this be done by a technical user
##### still to do:
- import current jobs from ci.devuan.org (if this is possible?)
- #devuan-ci output: same channel new nickname or new channel?
- get releasebot to send it some jobs for testing.
- backups?
#### dak
- installed on devuan ganeti host.
- existing package archive imported.
##### still to do:
- resolve issues with built-using dependencies (only affects
debian-installer).
- lots of cruft to clean out.
- cron jobs.
- send jenkins jobs output to new dak (I think this is releasebot
again). In parallel with production dak for testing?
- get amprolla(s) to use new dak.
- consider merge of current debian git HEAD.
- backups?
## New Actions
- Rebuild 2.1 isos to fix a few issues (to 2.2?) NO. Will stay at 2.1
- (rrq) thinks it's more like a 2.1.1, although rather avoiding new
version code. There are no changed software from 2.1. Upgrade in
progress: including openrc packages on cd-1 and dvd-1, and avoiding
checksum confusion for isolinux.bin
- (kramer) create a mirror in Germany (Dresden)
- Contact Evilham and onefang
- Evilham, please apply the patches to amprolla but with the ability to
roll back if something goes pear-shaped.
- rrq will archive ascii 2.0.0 isos to reduce torrent size
- Meets will continue on Thursdays @20:30 UTC
