The Schnorr signatures code from the Elements Project has been merged into
the new schnorrsig branch of the Libbitcoin fork of libsecp256k1. This is
experimental code, however it does not impact the implementation of
libsecp256k1 (and is currently in a feature branch not used by default
libbitcoin builds). This will support prototype development of BIP-taproot.
